In this chapter, I will be identifying how people such as college students maintain a healthy lifestyle. The first section identifies how stress can affect college students' thoughts during the first year of college. The second section discussed college students' nutrition and how it can help them maintain a healthy lifestyle. The third section talks about how college students need to exercise. The fourth and final section discusses many ways of how college students can manage their time. Stress College students are dealing with many difficulties maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and it is caused by stress, which makes them make bad decisions. “Research has proven that college students are having to deal with bad habits, like drugs, alcohol, smoking, and poor eating” (Biktagirova and Ramilya, 2015). College students are having to deal with going to college and work to help pay for their school, and college itself is a lot.
